IMPORTANT:
Upon arrival, please...
KEEP WINDOWS ROLLED UP.
Please display the name of your RESERVATION in LARGE LETTERS on your dashboard and allow Mrs. Encina and staff to check your name before entering the parking lot.
Staff will be available to direct you into the correct part of the parking lot. Please follow their directions to help with traffic flow. We will be asking families to park every-other space. (See map below for directions)
NO RESTROOMS will be available during the event. Should any needs arise during the night, vehicles will be able to exit the parking lot.
The showing will last approximately 50 minutes.
Please, REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE at all times. This was a district stipulation in order to allow us to keep this event.
We will update you with another email notification if the protocols change.
DONATIONS:
Prior to the concert, please make your donations to one of these options. PayPal if you have an account or want to donate by credit/debit card. Zelle, if you want to send directly through your bank and save us having to pay fees.

SUGGESTIONS:
Bring blankets to bundle up and get cozy! It will be a chilly Friday night.
If you have a Bluetooth radio transmitter, disconnect it from the power port as it can interfere with the concert audio feed for you or your neighbor.
Bring snacks and warm drinks to enjoy in your car!
